I had an amazing experience with this auto glass shop! From the moment I called, their customer service was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They explained the entire process clearly, gave me a fair and honest quote, and scheduled me quickly.The repair/replacement was done faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My windshield looks brand new, and they made sure everything was perfectly installed and sealed. They also left my car clean, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about both quality and customer satisfaction.

Glasstek was extremely quick, efficient, and thorough. They were able to get me an appointment same day and finished the windshield replacement within an hour, so much faster than I was expecting. Was also happy they accepted my state farm insurance. Highly recommend!

Strong recommendation against using this place. TLDR: broke our car while wasting nearly a whole Saturday and being hella rude. Story: After a number of reschedules, some after the scheduled time had already passed. They showed up several hours after they said they’d arrive, rude enough that my husband and I both had to call the technician out. After this whole ordeal, they installed the WRONG window, which didn’t fit into my newer, high end, Audi then said we’d just have to deal with it until they could get the right window (note that we had to wait for them to order this one, which added cost due to the unit being specific to our car?). It didn’t seal and wasn’t safe. After aggressively being told this was how it was, I had to send my husband out to demand, then sit and watch, the guy angrily put the broken window BACK in. Now 4 hours after they were meant to be done, we were back to the start…then we discovered that, due to poor installation, the key fob no longer worked, leaving our car unlock able, in addition to the grease fingerprints on exterior and interior. The owner demanded we come to their shop to get it fixed, and I had to threaten lawsuit to get him to consider fixing it appropriately. After this all went down, we decided to get the car fixed on our dime because we don’t trust them. ITS A WINDOW, of which I’ve installed many myself. We’ve rescheduled with a, so far, super kind other place that was more than $100 cheaper. Wish us luck!
