CRBR handled my home for me after an attic fire. They were always prompt and courteous in all my dealings with them. I am EXTREMELY happy how easy the made one of the hardest times of my life, in bringing my home back more beautiful than ever. I even hired them on to do more work for me personally, to finish some remodeling because I was so impressed with their level of service, quality of workmanship as well las pricing. Coming from someone who has worked within the construction field for many many years, I HIGHLY recommend them! We had a roof leak, and woke up to water-damaged drywall in our bathroom, after a recent storm. Our insurance company referred us to CRBR, who sent someone out the same day we discovered the leak. Bubba, our technician, immediately went to work on removing the water-damaged ceiling and wall. The project manager, Daniel, called the very next morning to introduce himself and to go over the process and what to expect. He continued to work closely with our insurance company, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He also recommended a great roofer, who came out and fixed the leak. Bubba was so efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and polite, that we requested to have him back to do the rebuild, once insurance approved our claim. We were very pleased that they were able to oblige our request, sending him back to finish the work, when the time came. They made a stressful experience go as smoothly as it could have gone, and we were very happy with their work.

CRBR Property Damage Services really stepped up when we had excessive moisture in one room—super impressive stuff. Their tech, Jacob, showed up right away and checked everything out thoroughly and professionally, no messing around. Jacob couldn't nail down the exact cause after digging in, which was a bummer, but I appreciated his honesty—no BS, just the facts. Jacob was polite and knew his stuff. Office staff was courteous and accommodating. Totally worth 5 stars
