I have worked closely wit them throughout the years Every since Jesse Walker walked through my door and I had three floods that very day that I needed help with. For the last three years we have worked together do make my properties a safer and better place to live. Most recently we had a fire at one of my communities. It took out 5 units!! I called Jerrod and he contacted Josh Morrison and his crew to come to my rescue once again. They arrived quickly, they were prepared, and helped make a disastrously day. Josh and his team did an amazing job. Never above getting their hands dirty to help out a client. West Cost Fire and Water are my go to team. They should be yours as well. West Coast Fire & Water assessed water damage to our home and brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out our moisture-laden flooring and walls as a result of water heater flooding incident. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable and answered all questions. We are extremely pleased with the service and result and highly recommend this company. We enjoyed working with the manager, Dan Clark, who met and exceeded our expectations and helped us understand the situation and what needed to be done.

We hired West coast Fire and Water to assist with mold damage/removal. They removed the old carpet and wallpaper, treated the mold and sealed the subflooring. They are speedy, friendly and professional. The team communicates clearly and goes above and beyond for their customers. I trust them and their work, which also comes guaranteed.
