Project manager Abel was knowledgeable and detailed in his damage assessments after a water pipe in the attic leaked thru the upstairs thru to downstairs dining room. He and his team documented everything thoroughly and did a fantastic job during the remediation phase of our water leak. They took extra steps to keep my house clean and protected. Everyone on the RMC team was prompt, respectful, diligent and hard working. I hope to never need there services again, but there's no doubt who U would call again if needed!

From start to finish, Abel Hernandez was outstanding — professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive during a very stressful water-damage situation in my home. He walked me through each step, answered every question with patience, and made sure I understood the process clearly. The mitigation and abatement crews were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, protected my home carefully, and were always respectful and courteous. Late afternoon my wife walked to the upstairs guest bedroom and felt wet carpet….not a good sign…i came home from work and realized the water valve coming out of the wall for the sink was slowly dripping and probably for weeks. I immediately called Restoration Management Company and their customer service was amazing. They helped get a team over to the house early evening to begin the remediation and drying process. The 2 person team were very professional and did an amazing job clearing out the wet sheetrock and unfortunately the tile floor due to a very wet plywood flooring. They set up fans to dry out the wood so that we could get a contractor in quickly to get the bathroom back together. The whole RMC team from start to finish have been great to work with! I highly recommend them!!
