PuroClean of Tulare

Well I have but one word to say about this company they are awesome they're professional prompt and courteous. We really enjoyed working with Abel and Francisco and also Steve was awesome they took care of us top-notch. I would highly recommend them if you have a need for their services.

Homeowners beware these guys aren't what they seem. I had a water leak that happened on June 30th contacted my homeowners insurance and they got a hold of puroclean. When they came out they couldn't perform any work until they tested for lead or asbestos. So there was another company that came out tested for that on July 1st which I thought was pretty quick. I waited for test results and got them back in 3 days. Puroclean did not come back and start work until July 15th and removed all water damaged materials in my house. When I got the house back on the 18th with demolition work that Puroclean did, while entering my home I realized they removed a light fixture and broke it. I also found a picture that they had removed off the wall and broke it. Whoever moved the couch broke the foot rest and foot leaver. Very disappointed to find my personal property damaged and not being notified about it. When calling to complain and find out what is going on. I felt more of a brush off than anything else. I was talking with one sales guy that was just on the demolition side and he seemed to be pretty helpful but as soon as he handed the account over to John that was taking over the finish side of the project it became a nightmare. John wouldn't answer his phone, when he finally answered his phone. When I asked questions he did not have reasonable answers and no updates. On the 28th I was able to get a hold of John and ask him questions. He told me where to go to pick out carpet and paint samples. So I went where he asked me to go. I called him back on the 30th to inform him that I did what he asked and no answer left a message finally was able to get a hold of him on Friday August 1st and he was quite hostile with me on the phone and bluntly said that he would not finish the work and I needed to find someone else. So here I sit with no ceiling in my living room. It's hot out here in the Central valley. My AC is running 24/7 and these guys at Puroclean seem not to have a care in the world. So homeowners please take this into consideration.

I Had a leak under my kitchen sink and called my homeowners and they sent out PuroClean, they were awesome from start to finish. Great communication, super quick response, and they did a really solid job drying everything out. They also helped me understand the homeowners insurance process, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!
