After having an under slab water leak, it was our insurance company that contacted Servpro initially and, within hours, they arrived to start mitigation procedures. From the onset, Jim was our main contact with Servpro and his attention to detail was simply unparalleled. If i needed to contact him for anything, his office staff would relay the request and Jim's response was always without delay.
