King Master Water Damage Restoration

I was so lucky to find King Master. I had terrible water damage due to a pipeline leak from my bedroom and living room. My ceiling in my living was damaged. Juan and his team did an incredible job in my house. They fix my ceiling and my bedroom walls. He was very honest and friendly during this stressful time for my family. After the job was done, it looked better than ever. This whole experience went down very smoothly due the professionalism of Juan and his team. The pricing was very fair too. When my house flooded, I called several water damage companies and kept getting, “We don’t service Mojave.” Juan was the only contractor who came out. He set up dehumidifiers and air scrubber machines, and in less than 2 hours, the equipment was doing its job. From the start, Juan put my mind at ease and explained in detail the process and the work needed to fix my flooded home. He is an amazing person, very knowledgeable, truly a rare find. After the asbestos was removed and rooms completely gutted, Juan brought out crews to rebuild my home. Walls, ceilings and floors in 7 rooms needed complete restoring. He has specialists in all areas of construction and every job was done to perfection. I discovered Juan works to a higher standard than most others; he truly cares. Restoring my home to my satisfaction was always his priority and he does the most beautiful work! He went above and beyond my expectations (I've read this in other reviews as well). He fixed and made better many things that weren’t part of the job. My home is completely restored and transformed. I can't say enough in this review to fully express my gratitude and appreciation for this man and his company, King Master Water Damage. What was a complete disaster is now a huge blessing. There'll never be a day that goes by that I won't be extremely grateful for the outstanding work Juan did on my home.

During Christmas season of this past year, our washer developed a leak in our pantry that spread into our kitchen's adjoining wall and cabinetry. Juan came right away on a holiday weekend, bringing a mountain of equipment to dry out the damaged structure. He coordinated with a number of outside vendors to speed up the process. We had to spend a short period of time out of our home because of asbestos removal, and Juan was respectful of security in our home. He also worked with our insurance company to help coordinate payments for the vendors. He even helped with installation of our new kitchen. We would highly recommend his company for any water restoration work needed.
