Eli and Frankie did a great job with the removal of our water damaged bathrooms. Very swift and thorough work and the communicated well every step of the way to ensure that I understood what was all going on. I’m very satisfied and grateful for the job that they did and happy I went with Alert to get the job done.

Water pipe burst and the water removal, dry out and then restoration was all done through Alert. The clean up crews were so professional and on the spot. Clean up was done so quickly without too much disruption of daily life. Restoration was the big job and David our Alert Project manager was amazing. Helped get the low bid by insurance increased to cover getting everything done and at a level that returned the house to "pre'flood" conditions. Communication was strong and they did what they said they would do for the price they gave...no hidden cost. Thanks for taking such care of my mom and her house.
