Im honestly very disappointed by this company. I paid the $250 fee to come and get my bathroom looked at on 3/31/26. It’s been 15 days and I haven’t heard anything. I called to check in on it a week and a half ago and was told they were working on the quote. I sent and email and was ignored. Very disappointed and I’ve lost $250 I won’t get back that I need to fix my house.
