Cisco's Restoration & Construction

I highly recommend Francisco Medina and his crew at Cisco Restoration and Construction for construction projects, especially large and/or complex ones that involve multiple skillsets, insurance companies, and the notoriously difficult Santa Cruz County Planning Department. We recently got final signoff from that department, on what should have been a fairly simple repair job — 18 months (!) after a tree fell across the street, broke off on utility wires, grazed the roof and gutters, and severely damaged the back deck. Cisco was with us every step of the way and dealt professionally and effectively with both the incredibly aggravating and obstructive Planning Department and our occasionally unhelpful insurance adjuster, over and over throughout that entire time. They are talented pros, they have the nicest, hardest workers anywhere (here's looking at you Pedro!), always do what they say they will do, are honest and just very good people to work with. Thanks especially to Francisco and Liz—each day I get to see and enjoy our completely restored, refinished, and undamaged back deck it makes me very happy!
