Amber and the services of Service Masters is wonderful. We appreciated the on site visit to the property that was damaged by a fire. Amber provided a meal for the tenants and was available to offer services and information that was comforting to tenants and appreciated by all!

Amber at the ServiceMaster here in Belmont helped me find the right services to get our project completed. She knows the area and will go out of her way to make sure things are completed and your are back in your home.

This company will send their lawyer Marina Manoukian who is a family attorney to threaten legal repercussions if you don’t take down an honest, negative Yelp review concerning their professionalism and timeliness of projects completed. Yelp will not take down the review because it is regarding professional feedback, so now they’re asking an attorney for assistance. Unfortunately they lack any professionalism and refuse to take accountability for not being punctual. And yes, this is all over us addressing their lack of punctuality. Insanity, I know. When this all peters out, I will post an updated review with screenshots about the legal proceedings. Do not let this company bully you!
