Dayton was easy to work with and kept us informed and updated during the remediation. Our dishwasher leaked and caused mold against most of the back wall. We had another company remove all the kitchen cabinets and countertops. Nothing was destroyed. Dayton and crew was able to focus on the mold. He made sure the clearance was done expeditiously since house is under contract. It was an awful experience but his company did what was necessary. First photos show mold, after remediation then cabinets back.

Beyond excellence! We we're out of town on vacation and a family member who came to check on things called and stated we had a water leak/ flood in the master bedroom and bathroom. This was Thursday at 2 PM. I called my insurance and they were supposed to send a water mitigation specialist out. We started a return 6 Hour Long drive. We called insurance several times to check in, they had yet to find someone. We got home to a disaster made several calls to insurance and others to no avail. My wife's Facebook post got a response from someone stating that Puro Clean came to their rescue. We called and within a half hour their senior manager showed up to evaluate things. He was able to stabilize the situation and open things up for drying and neck stages. In the morning the team from PuroClean showed up. They were able to move the furniture, remove the soaked rug, open up the walls that were soaked, remove insulation and have us in a state of drying by days end. Over the next several days the monitored moisture level levels to make sure all was well. They treated for mold. The whole time they were extremely professional, had great communication, prices better than a lot of of the larger corporations. Hands-down after three separate floods, sigh PuroClean ranked supreme. If you have water or fire damage, these are the guys for you in the santa barbara County and beyond.
