Bold just finished a restoration and I could not be happier with the work, and especially the team below! Elisio was the Project Manager who supervised the entire reconstruction. He acted as liaison for all of my (constant) questions and was available and responsive 24/7. He was a great communicator, understood my expectations and concerns and was completely on board from day one. He constantly reassured me on design choices (providing options when I needed them, or he thought something would look good), and the standard of work he expected. He would stop the by to check on the work regularly. I would 100% recommend Elisio as the Project Manager on any future projects - you can trust that he wants the project to look genuinely amazing and be done as quickly as possible. Allejandro (Alex) and Josue were responsible for replacing the hardwood floors. Their standard of work was amazing - they moved so quickly, completing the work within a week and took care of all of the furniture moving daily (with care). The floors look unbelievably good, all the details were taken care of - and I couldn't be more pleased. Also they were extremely trustworthy and Alex was a great communicator - I could leave them working every day while out of the house or at work with no problems and we would coordinate on locking up, even with my kitten at home. They also left the house super clean every night - packing away everything. 100% would recommend them as the floors team - both of them were absolute pros. Jairo and Jeronimo were responsible for doing drywall repairs, wainscoting patching and paint touch ups. They worked super quickly, the drywall repair was smooth and they were both a very nice crew to have at the house. Jose also assisted me earlier in the process prior to the start of the reconstruction and was amazing from a management perspective - dealing with everything I needed. I could not recommend the above individuals more - my standards are very high, they were extremely hardworking, extremely trustworthy, and worked to a very high quality and were extremely diligent.

I would highly recommend Bold Property Restoration. We had major water damage under the bathroom floor from a toilet leak that needed quite a bit of restoration work. Bold came out and thoroughly assessed the situation. They removed the damaged area, tested for mold, and then did a great job restoring the entire area back to good as new. They were friendly, flexible, and showed up on time every day, and they did outstanding work. They also made it seamless working with my insurance company. I was impressed with the entire processs from beginning to end.
