BluSky Restoration Contractors

We had the opportunity to work with BluSky Restoration Contractors during a very challenging time at our community, The Lark, following a fire that impacted one of our units and caused damage to our gym. Restoration projects like this can be complex and involve many team members, but several individuals truly stood out. Cipriano Olivarez was exceptional-professional, understanding, and highly responsive. He recognized the frustrations that come with situations like this and worked hard to move the project forward and get everything completed. Robert was instrumental in the final phase, helping bring everything together and ensuring the work was completed in a more expedited manner so we could return to normal operations for our residents. We also appreciate Danny Best for his contributions and Chris Butcher, who thoughtfully provided treats for our residents during a community barbecue, an act that truly meant a lot during a difficult time. Overall, while restoration work takes time, it’s the people who make the experience. The BluSky team demonstrated professionalism, care, and dedication, and we’re grateful for their support in helping restore our community.

I am not normally one to write reviews, however due to an emergency situation in my home, we called, and Adyn and Victoria came out to clean our entire space and sterilize the contaminated area. Even though it was late into the evening and I’m sure they wanted nothing more than to go home—they stayed, answered all of my questions, and made sure the service was performed thoroughly and with great care. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made a stressful situation much more manageable. The only thing I wish is that they offered laundry services as well, as we are still dealing with contaminated clothing and personal items. Overall, I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Adyn and Victoria, they were absolutely amazing!

Working with BluSky has been an overall positive experience, but I want to specifically recognize the person who truly made this project run smoothly: Jose Arroyo. Jose’s role was to supervise the project, but he consistently stepped up and took on far more responsibilities than his title required. For context, this has been a large-scale, three-month project affecting roughly 35–37 businesses. Throughout the entire process, Jose pushed progress, kept the IH team updated, and even created his own detailed site maps to communicate clearly with the adjustment team and ownership. His dedication, communication, and hands-on involvement were key to keeping everything on track. Without Jose’s effort, I genuinely don’t believe the project would have gone as smoothly as it did. Overall, great experience — and huge credit to Jose & team for making it happen.
