I can’t say enough good things about PRS and their staff. We needed a reputable company for a move-out cleaning (carpets and very detailed house cleaning), and I’d heard great things about PRS. Moving can be a stressful time, but Nicole and Cameron made sure that the house was perfect for our move-out inspection. Cameron, and his team, did an excellent job, met our deadline, and our property manager agreed that the house looked amazing. We highly recommend them!

We had water intrusion in our downstairs from storm water. It flooded our bathroom and master suite. It soaked the carpet in the suite. PRS was wonderful in assessing the damage, drying out the carpet so it could be salvaged, and checking for dampness in the walls. They took things apart in a careful way so as many building materials (such as baseboards) could be reused. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

Property Restoration Services is amazing! Our non-profit agency has utilized their services many times over the past 5 or 6 years and their work is always top notch. They are very responsive, do great work and leave job sites pristine. PRS is a professional service with professional results. I reccomend them to everyone!
