Mr. Samosa is a builder, craftsman—and also an artist. He is very creative at coming up with solutions and work-arounds for cleaning, repairing, building! I have hired Mr. Samosa 3-4 times and he has done great work at my property replacing fencing, building a new gate, laying flooring and painting in my home, as well in a rental unit of mine. My home is an older structure and so not all surfaces are level, not every angle is square…this was not a problem for Mr. Samosa. He worked to find solutions. He also was fair and up-front about prices for materials and labor. He presented options for saving money by re-using some materials and also informed me what the price would look like if I purchased new, top-of-the-line materials. I recommend him highly, he is skilled and hard-working!
