I honestly don’t know where to begin. Tiffany and her team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Tiffany is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients and their homes. Prior to working with her team, we had a different mitigation company that did a terrible job and left us frustrated and stressed during an already difficult situation. The difference in service and quality was night and day. Tiffany and her team immediately restored our confidence and made our previous experience easy to forget. From the moment they arrived, they treated our home with the utmost care and respect. They carefully packed our entire kitchen, labeled every box, securely sealed everything, and neatly organized and stacked the contents in a designated area of our home. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. What stood out most was their communication. Tiffany kept us informed throughout every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening and why. There were no surprises—just professionalism, transparency, and exceptional customer service. Going through mitigation and restoration work can be overwhelming, but Tiffany and her team made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were punctual, hardworking, respectful, and committed to doing the job correctly the first time. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about its customers, values quality workmanship, and treats your home as if it were their own, I cannot recommend Tiffany and her team highly enough. I’ve used this company 3 times over the past 10 years and will no longer do so since my last experience….first experience my home insurance company contacted this company for water damage in my home. The process was long but the company was pleasant. Second experience, same thing/water damage in my home and insurance company called them. That time it was quicker but the communication was horrible.They would pop up at random times with out notice to test the water moisture. Now, third time will be my last….had a sewer backup in the house, the County of Sac was responsible for it; so, they called this company to clean up my bathrooms from the overflow. The service was very quick that day with two people showing up. But my husband’s Apple Watch disappeared after they left…My husband took off his watch and put it on our bedroom dressed dealing with the sewage mess initially. Not thinking we left his watch there while this company had two employees in our bedroom. A few hours after they left we could not find his watch so we tracked it and obviously someone had turned it off. Apples find my application, it indicated the last location was right outside our property fence where the company had parked. The company informed me they’ll do an investigation which they contacted weeks later saying the trucks gps doesn’t align with the location of the watch. Okay….live and learn on us to be watchful of belongings when strangers even with a reputable company are in your home. 2 stars from my past experience but I’ll never go with this company again.

Andrew, our project manager, was great! We could not be present for much of the work. He kept us informed on a regular basis and was extremely responsive to question, returning our calls, etc. The workers that came into our home were hard working, respectful and very nice. Would highly recommend this company.
