Highly recommended. Jacob was very truthful and transparent when he came to review my water damage. He was very upfront about what would probably need to be done. Communication was great. I was never left hanging. Tylor did the remediation and did a great job. He was very friendly and kept me informed about what was going on. He cleaned up the work area real well. I would definitely use CRBR again if the need arises. I just had Mick and Bubba here for restoration and they also were wonderful to deal with. Very responsive, polite and friendly. Bubba did a great job and was always respectful and finished ahead of schedule.

CRBR has been great to work with. Responsive mitigation services, good communication and working directly with my adjuster to minimize delays in getting emergency work addressed. The technician, Omar, has been extremely respectful of our situation, worked efficiently to be as minimally disruptive as possible. Daniel, the project manager, is continuing to overcome administrative challenges and make sure the pending restoration processes are lining up properly. This initial phase of mitigation, the most stressful part, has been handled professionally by this team. I am confident that the restoration process will proceed as smoothly as possible.

Just the other day my mother suffered a whole home water damage. House had 1 inch of water throughout the home. When I arrived, water was coming out the front door. I called CRBR, they dispatch a crew. CRBR showed so quickly that I was amazed. Lynn Clarke is the Supervisor. I met her out front for introductions. Lynn went into speak with my mother and to do an assessment of the loss. Another employee showed up to help Lynn. He was an upper management employee making sure all went well. His name was Rob Sedgwick. They worked togeather like an oiled machine. Great team! No talking just working like they have done this a million times, LOL. We got my mother out of the home and let the experts do what they do. CRBR kept my mother updated every day and my sister would relay me the info. The adjuster was assigned; she came out and met with my sister and me. The adjuster knew her stuff. 2 days later The house had some floors and walls demoed all over, yet when I came in to speak with the adjuster, there was not one dust particle in the air or in the stud cavities. It was hospital clean. The worker to whom was responsible for the cleanliness was Mario Najera. He was so thorough and well educated on water damages. If I were to ever have a water damage, I'm calling CRBR
