A-1 Pro Property Restoration

Working with Daniel and his team at A1-Pro Property Restoration was a homeowner’s dream. From the start of our mold issues, we knew the job was more complex than others due to the multiple rooms affected and the cabinets and granite counters that needed to be carefully removed and rebuilt. To boot we had travertine flooring throughout our house that could not be damaged as it would next to impossible to ever match it well. We interviewed five contractors searching for the one that would not disappoint. We had other mold remediation in other properties before and learned that the well-publicized national contractor (think green trucks) was not going to take the care we needed on our home. A-1 Pro was incredibly responsive to our challenge. They were always very professional, reliable, efficient, and very, very clean. They kept the project moving on the timeline they committed to and pleasantly accommodated change orders we requested as our job progressed. Daniel and his crew are meticulous to details and very talented in their trades which is difficult to find. Making the decision to work with A-1 Pro is one of my best contractor decisions I have made.

A1 Pro Property Restoration is awesome! My tankless water heater leaked through my attic and caused quite a bit of damage to my ceiling and surrounding wall. Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn’t tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn’t need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn’t realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we’re so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I’m definitely recommending them to friends and family.

A-1 Pro Property Restoration (demo half wall TV niche) exceeded my expectations. Daniel quickly provided a fair bid, was very responsive, and confirmed all licensing and insurance. He and his team arrived on time, protected my home with floor covers and ventilation, demolished the wall, and left everything spotless. I’m extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!
