If I could give more stars I would. We were faced with an emergency disaster situation with a shower valve that burst and caused EXTENSIVE flood damage upstairs and then went through the 2nd story ceiling to our downstairs living area. We didn't know what to do. It was a Thursday night after a long day and we were both quite honestly In shock at what had happened. My wife found RESCO, and they came out within two hours on a Thursday night to assess and start mitigating the situation to avoid further damage. Something your insurance agent will want to hear and you NEED to do in a water damage situation. I can't say enough about how these guys and the team led by Jordan , handled EVERYTHING . Including help with finding other contractors . We are so thankful that we came across them. If you are in the need of assistance, don't wait and honestly there is no need to search further. These guys will help you and it was so reassuring in the midst of what is a huge event in our lives to have someone step up with service and quality of what they do. KUDOS to the entire team and again, especially to Jordan who was there every step of the way ensuring everything was done correctly and how it should be. They also made sure all the tear out was totally cleaned and taken away. Excellent all the way around.

I had a remediation project completed by Resco, and the work was exceptional from start to finish. Dakota walked me through the entire process and made it a real education for me. He and his team did an incredible job. From carefully taping and protecting everything to managing the entire remediation process through final certification, their attention to detail was outstanding. The quality of their work was pure perfection, and the professionalism of the whole team was first-class. I can’t say enough good things about Resco and would highly recommend them.

Finding termites and severe water damage in the home, we just bought has been an awful experience. I don’t wish upon anyone. I am so grateful for the services that RESCO provide provided to identify and completely treat our home that had mold, termites, and water damage. Nate and Lorenzo are great guys that always took time to answer my questions no matter how hot or exhausted they were. They definitely went above and beyond what we had hoped to get from hiring their services.
