If I could give a ZERO review, I would. The crew came to our home and instantly indicated he didn't see any issues WITHOUT going into the crawl space to check. We already had a plumber out and they took pictures of the area. This crew member didn't even take the time to check. Had to be informed to check. Once he checked, then he continued to proceed to tell us that all they do is repair the leak but won't clean up the rest of the repairs, like the flooring, the insulation, etc. They will ONLY remediate the water damage. BUT no repair of the rest. So, not RESTORATION company, just a repair. No thank you. Get better customer service and be more detail oriented with the information given. Very disappointed. Good thing we always have multiple bids. SMH for the reviews that indicated a 5 rating.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Our experience with them was not the best! They broke counter tops and then said they were good, ripped oven out so that the oven trim was messed up, screws for oven missing, cabinets broken that did not need to be, screws for cabinets missing also. Garbage disposal was missing parts, cabinet drawer handles bent. I called and left a message for the guy in charge of our job and didnt ever receive a call back. Yet they can call and call when it comes to them getting paid. I am extremely upset with our experience!
