Peets Express Restoration

It started out with just a small black area on the wall. I searched for mold remediation and Pete's Express Restoration came up first. I read many of his reviews and saw only great ones. We met and he tested our walls and floors and we found out that we had a big problem. It was about a 2 month project and as you can see in the pictures we are as good as new. Pete and his crews were top notch!! Very friendly, very professional, and they really knew what they were doing. I can't say enough about how happy are that we picked him to help us with this problem. Insurance wouldn't help with this. (Liberty Mutual) Pete's price was very reasonable. Peets did a great job cleaning up a room in my house that was a wet mess due to leaking roof. They responded quickly with removal, new drywall and insulation and expert texturing. They provided great service.

Had the team come out to check on a water leak in my dining room and it turned out to be nothing systemic, just an old water stain that never dried. Peet gave me a break on the restoration cost and then further helped me identify a flooring company to work with to remove the carpet in my dining room and install hardwood. The floors were installed and beautifully done and the team came back out to patch up a few holes and install new baseboards. The whole time the team was in contact with me through email and text and invoicing and payment was really easy and straightforward. Could not recommend them enough.
