Charlie came through quickly and professionally assessed the damage. He and Raudell were quick to get to work while maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Charlie was very communicative and always made sure I was aware of each phase of the process and when they would start and finish each day.

A few years later, when a galvanized pipe burst under our slab and destroyed our living room flooring and built-in bar, Charlie responded immediately. His team removed the damaged materials, set up commercial drying equipment, quarantined the area, and even salvaged materials to help us save money.
