We had a toliet over flow and water found it's way under our tile in our bathroom. We called Advanced Restoration to come and evaluate our situation. The mitigation manager for Advanced Restoration was Aaron Jenkins and he was assigned to our project. The water damage was pretty severe and we were very worried. Aaron was amazing - he was is extremely calm and has a honest/knowledgeable approach which we needed at the time. He walked us through every step of the process and explained everything and was very genuine and honest. Aaron and Will Kavanaugh worked very hard on our project and did a great job! They were both very professional and their follow-up and communication was excellent. Whenever I called Aaron he anwered the phone and was always available and answered all of our questions.
