John Watts was recommended as the BEST NORMI CERTIFIED MOLD INVESTIGATOR, TESTER AND REMEDIATION SPECIALIST to us by a specialist in San Diego. We were deathly sick for several months, choking one our own mucus, falling over 20 times and had no idea what was wrong wiht us. We had just bought a new house and it was infested with mold in the attic, in the crawl space and on all inside exterior walls and insulation. Although overbooked, he tried to his best to get us in as quickly as possible . HIs testing was impeccable having shared it with the Regional teacher of the NORMI certification , he was really pleased with his thoroughness. The tests showed three different molds the black of course being the worse. He could even specify which areas were the worst and why, but the whole house had to be processed and there was extensive mold down to the studs and insulation all over the house. He worked so many hours non stop with his crew , because he knew how sick we were and that we were homeless. He did it all in two weeks. He came back months later as the whole house had to be re-insulated, new sheet rock and an extensive drainage system outside the house and under the crawl space. We were homeless for 5 months all together. He was patient ,kind and an d a real expert in his field and often gave advice how to keep the mold away and recently helped us figure out how to determine if we were using enough dehumidifiers keep the house stay safe.His staff was wonderful and respectful and hopefully we never to do this again. Certainly. he waited along time until after the construction was finished to do the final extensive testing and it came back so clear. We have been living back in our house 4-5 months and have had no medical problems and he has been best expert and a friend. He is trustworthy, honest and had enormous integrity.

John is the best!! Super helpful and did an amazing job. He also helped us on one off questions we had not related to the remediation work he did for us - just other parts of our house. Was really nice and really helpful. I would definitely work with John again if ever needed.

5 stars — Bio Clean (John Watt) John from Bio Clean was fantastic—super conscientious and genuinely kind. He and his son make a great team: professional, communicative, and thorough from start to finish. I interviewed another company that felt a bit pushy and excessive, but John’s approach was transparent and calm, and his price was more reasonable. He even found mold in an unexpected area, explained the plan clearly, remediated it properly, and finished a full day earlier than I expected. The results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Bio Clean and John Watt—reliable, fair, and excellent at what they do.
