**UPDATE** I have been contacted and have responded to Trevor directly and am waiting to hear back. I am not in a rush. My husband brought it to my attention that we also had a expensive shower head thrown out when the restoration was happening. He had made a call about this as well. He has not heard back. As a response to Servpro's response, I understand there was no contract with me directly. My property management should have made me aware of all of this and did not. I have updated my star rating for the fact that you reached out and have tried what you can to make things right given the circumstances. I just dislike that the workers didnt take the time to protect areas that were not part of the restoration. I was not informed of details by the property management company at any time during the restoration. I had a flood in my upper bathroom and they had to come in an do work on my apartment. They not only left massive amounts of dust all over my furniture. They used my electronics, painted over some of my shelving holes, left texture material on my curtains and ripped things off my walls without necessity and left damage. They did now clean up their mess and left a huge mess for me to clean when I came back to my home after being told I had to leave for 4 months. My vacuum was completely clogged with materials that was not there when I left. My filter was covered in drywall dust. Most of my furniture and electronics were filled will dust from dry wall. There were markings left on the walls and even a hole. Why I give them 2 stars, they did a good job on putting the walls back and not making them look bad. There may be more i have yet to see.

Shann & Jordan came to my Apt today and we’re doing remediation.. From what I know or can see they did a GREAT job! They were done with 1rst part b4 5 an they kept it cleaned up an they also cleaned up very well when they finished.. they kept my cool air in an kept my doors shut as much as they could while my A/C was running.. I appreciate there hard work a cleaning up the nasty mess here for who knows how long, I’ll be happy to let them back to finish the work! Thank you both!!😁👌😎

Top notch Cleaning, Restoration company! Shann and Aaron got right to work. Not only are they professional with a good attitude, they're also very helpful with information about what is damaged and what repairs to make to avoid future issues. Thanks guys!
