We had an excellent experience with CRBR! Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Angie was so pleasant and easy to work with. Adam did an amazing job as well. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Our home looks incredible, and we will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!

CRBR is amazing and a fast working company when a disaster happens and you feel like you are hopeless. The end of August I had a tree fall on my roof. They had someone out within hours to get the tree cut down and started the process. No joke, 2/3 weeks later another tree fell on our roof. They again were very quick to get the same people out the day of to cut the tree down off the roof. They are amazing at battling the insurance side that can be so stressful. Roy is one of the best and was my go to guy for most of the process. He was always a phone call away to answer any question or always had great communication with the process and when anyone would be at the house to do anything. Candice, who works in the office was very helpful when asking or dealing with the insurance side of this dreadful experience. I will definitely be using this company again if I ever need them in the future. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. They are a great company to have in your corner when you need help.

If anything ever happens to my home in the future CRBR is whom I will be contacting, specifically Kip and his crew, Roy, Frank, Dylan, Max and Tony. Kip went above and beyond to make sure everything got in order for our home to be fixed, an absolute go getter with a tell it to you straight attitude, which was so refreshing. Kip and Roy always stayed in contact and made sure that my family was happy through the entire process and explained everything along the way. Frank is master of his craft when it came to texturing, beautiful work, Dylan as well. The ladies in the office are wonderful as well, Candice and Jackie, very helpful with all the questions I've had. I highly recommend the Anderson, CA CRBR crew to anyone who's been through a disaster with their home, amazing, kind individuals. Thank you all for your incredible work, we love our home.
