Isaac and his crew came thru for us big time. From my first call, which Isaac picked up the phone right away (can't tell you what a plus that is) to our last contact, Isaac and his crews were incredibly respectful, professional and got our job done. This was an awful scenario for us, and this company made it survivable. Isaac was clear and communicative, and we got exactly what we had discussed. He and his crew also seem like good guys and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I can't tell you how flood/water damage situations can get a lot more stressful if you're dealing with some of these other companies. Isaac and his crews made it so much better. The fact we felt we could trust them, we had confidence in them made such a huge difference and elevated some of our worries. If you're looking for help with a water damage or have other similar crisis scenarios... STOP RIGHT HERE.. hire Isaac and his crews. They did an excellent job for us and Isaac even went to bat for us with our insurance company. You can't get a better company than these guys. Thank you Isaac and crew.. we sincerely hope to never have this kind of problem again, but if we do we will call you!

This company was very good to work with. We wanted to work with a local company, not a franchise. While they are very busy juggling several projects at the same time, both 911 Restoration's CEO and our project manager were always readily accessible via phone, text, or email. Their response was always timely. Crews who came to the house were personable, efficient, and cleaned up every day. Our project took a long time. We had significant water damage to our bathroom and hallway. The mitigation part of the project went so well we hired 911 Restoration to put things back together. This company has good communicators. They listened to our concerns, gave us good suggestions, allowed us to use different subcontractors if we so chose to, and produced a good outcome that was an improvement over what existed before. We appreciated 911's expertise working with our insurance company. Their quotes for work to be done resulted in a fair insurance settlement. As long as you stay in communication and pay attention to details things will turn out fine.

Most important Isaac was honest with us. He was thorough. He was totally responsive to our calls always he was extremely knowledgeable and had a very personable way about him. We were very lucky to have him on our project.
