Thanks to the MSL backing up into our home my youngest's shower flooded our downstairs. We filed a claim through AAA and decided to use Dansel as the contractors to restore our home. While they were at it we asked them to remove the carpet on the stairs and replace with the same new LVP flooring (not affected by water, this was an additional ask). I hated those stairs so much, carpet on stairs is the worst thing to try and keep clean involving hours of back breaking steam cleaning, I'm so happy to see them gone! While we did unfortunately run into some issues on the project their team did everything they could to make it right. They could improve on communication a bit when it comes to changing material or changing install methods but overall they're a good business with good people. I appreciate them putting up with us.
