Very considerate to our needs during a tough time. Service representatives were always kind and professional.

The representative I’ve been working with, is apparently overwhelmed with his position. I attempt to contact him with negative results. So he’s either over worked or ignoring my calls and messages.either way I give them on star because of my ignorance for not inquiring about how detailed their work is supposed to be, and the lack of communication with their representative. I’ve left both texts and voicemails and no response. So if you’re thinking about using service master, get as much detail and have it documented prior to the work being done.

Had a very good experience with our tech Nate Palmer. He worked his tail off and went above and beyond to mitigate a significant water intrusion into our apartment. He was friendly and very professional. Not only did he address the initial water intrusion but also found a 2nd leak in an upstairs unit that would have resulted in catastrophic damage had he not spotted the problem. He was also really cool about answering my bazillion questions and explained the situation very well. Thanks Nate!
