Restoration Resources by Fetter

Unfortunately I had a fire at a rental home but I was fortunate enough to work with Ross Fetter and the rest of the crew to get my home rebuilt. The home turned out great and the process could not have gone smoother! I am an insurance agent and this was the first fire I've had to deal with but Ross was able to help me understand the rebuild process and was there from the day after the fire until the day I got the keys back. I posted a review on here not long ago and Google did not post it for some reason? Ross fetter comes across as a professional guy in the beginning but he's very dismissive and I can tell you I will never do business with him again. Every abatement company Etc that is worked with Ross will tell you the same thing he's got a bit of an attitude. Gave me a crazy contract for simple demolition work and when I use someone else even though he swore he wanted to do the repairs he would not even answer my calls or my text when I was going to give him an opportunity to do the repairs . The guy is something else. I heard he does decent work if you can deal with his attitude issues and his dismissive demeanor. Don't ask him questions about anything he doesn't like it very much. My suggestion would be to stay away from this place

This company was hired by my property management to do a job. During this this time they broke out my back window on my vehicle, and refused to give me thier insurance information. Now i have to tale them to small claims court because i trusted they would take care of it and did not call the police as i should have.
