A&D Floor Restoration

The owner, Dylan visited our home to provide us with an estimate for cleaning and sealing our travertine tile floors and also our carpets. Dylan took the time to explain their process, provided us with the estimate and did so very professionally. He took the time to give us the pros and cons of different methods, and made good suggestions. The cleaning/sealing was scheduled within mutual time frames and the service reps that came were friendly, courteous and did an excellent job on all of our services. When one issue developed, A & D was quick to schedule another appointment to rectify the issue. I would recommend A & D without hesitation and plan to use them again for other natural stone services that I'll need in the future.

Called these guys to fix our granite countertop. There was a corroded metal rod causing a crack near the kitchen sink. Tjay came and explained the processes inside and out. I was skeptical at first but I could tell he knew his stuff. On the day of repair, he and Dave were very courteous and respectful of our home. They got the job done in around 5 hours, and it turned out looking great. I’ll definitely be using their services again for any floor or countertop maintenance my family may need in the future!

Called Dylan for Marble, grout kitchen work. Quote was $2100.00 work was not good. My refrigerator was replaced because “the best person” he has on the job put tape over my expensive refrigerator leaving a mark. Yes. His insurance covered that but original work on marble and caulk in kitchen was not good thus the court situation as Dylan refused to redo and said I was violent? And hard to work with. My reputation and Fixation more important. Dylan called me violent and was very offensive. Not me! He called yesterday and said he would not replace grout so at $2100 I have other options. Call was recorded which is fine. He uses his attorney. If you are honest why need an attorney?
