Renaissance Restoration helped remodel our house when we moved into our new house. The process was seamless. We called in and spoke to the customer service team who was very helpful, responsive, and respectful. The office manager, Tamera set us up with project manager who oversaw all of our needs and made sure all of the work was done correctly and accomplished within the timeline. The demo team were precise and respectful of the surrounding areas that were not being demoed. They cleaned up after their work. They had someone inspect the work to make sure that the project was completed correctly and consulted with me to see if it was up to my standards. The new flooring, framing, windows, etc. were all up and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They helped outsource work with connections and connections from reliable contractors to help me with my roof at a reasonable rate. Overall, I am so glad that I chose them for my restoration needs. I wasn’t treated just like another number or project, I was treated like a person, who was constantly communicated with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Used them for my kitchen remodeled and they did an excellent job. The Project Manager along with all the workers were great and very professional. Amazing workmanship and looks so beautiful. Would definitely use them again and refer to friends.

Our Family would highly recommend Don Dufer owner of Renaissance General to rebuild your home. Our home caught fire due to a renter leaving a candle burning overnight in the Living-room. We contracted with Renaissance General to rebuild our home. They removed all burnt debris, dealt with City of Fresno a long permit process, replaced most of structure including roof and upgraded everything to current code. Ty Harpin was the superintendent in charge and he was terrific scheduling all work. Ty even had some tradesman comeback and redo their work as it was not up to Don Dufer's excellence. The home we got back from Renaissance is twice as good as it was before the fire. Please do not hesitate to us Renaissance General as they do excellent work.
