Renewal Claim Solutions is who you textiles restorations! The office staff (Bill & Alicia) to their field technicians (Danny and Waldo), all were top-notch professionals who were knowledgeable and courteous. All of my textiles that were affected by smoke damage were all returned exceptionally clean, tagged & bagged, and boxed well. The Renewal Claim Solutions, NorCal's office communications (email or text) were clear from the beginning to the end. They were flexible and worked with my schedule from pickup to drop-off to my property.

We were connected to Renewal of NorCal after we lost our home in a fire. They came to the house and picked up textile items that we hoped could be salvaged. They cleaned everything and stored it for us while our home was rebuilt. Everyone was kind, friendly, and communicative. When it was time to get our items back, they worked with our schedule to coordinate drop off. The delivery team arrived on time, were very careful with our stuff, and friendly too. My items were clean and only slightly smelled of smoke - a HUGE improvement. And I’m SO happy they were able to save my wedding dress. Thank you Renewal of NorCal!

These five stars are only for Oscar who helped seamlessly transporting all our stuff from the pick up location and bringing it back to the drop off location a few months later. He took care of items and was very careful in making sure he keeps everything where I asked him to. Renewal on the other hand did not communicate the price quote to us prior to picking our stuff and we ended up with a big bill cleaning the items which we will eventually end up throwing. If you’re working with Renewal, please get the quotes before you agree to the pickups because the bill later comes as a shock. We could’ve basically created a new wardrobe for our entire family for the price that we paid to them for cleaning.
