At first, I was confused about how he knew what had happened, but looking back, it was truly a blessing — one of the best things that could have happened to me and my family. I also had the pleasure of working with Kolin Schinnell, their contractor, who was patient and professional every step of the way. I’m the kind of person who asks a lot of questions — sometimes the same ones more than once — and not once did Kolin ever make me feel like a bother. Every time I called or texted, he was there with answers and reassurance. Elizabeth, the secretary at the office, was equally amazing — always polite, helpful, and quick to assist me with anything I needed, especially when it came to dealing with my insurance. I feel truly blessed and thankful for the entire team at Alert Disaster Restoration. They treated my home as if it were their own and made a very stressful time so much easier.
