Angela, Carmen, and Blanca did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning the outside of our house. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Maria Martinez and Blanca Gonzalez are my amazing packing team as Service Master is embarking on restoring our kitchen following BIG water damage. They are knowledgeable in their craft, showing care of the contents for storage while precisely labeling everything! Also, their cheerful attitude along with a GREAT work ethic made them a joy to have in our home.

From start to finish, my experience with ServiceMaster was incredible. The team performed a trauma cleanup after my mother passed away in her home, which was complicated by hoarding and animal feces prevalent throughout her home. Watching her home being gutted was distressing while grieving her loss, but the team was professional and caring. No derogatory comments were made about the home and the team was always sensitive to my needs, checking in with me and never moving forward with anything without my consent. I was impressed with their communication, transparency in all levels of the clean-up, and their concern for the wellbeing of myself and their crew. Every single person I encountered in their company, from office staff to the crew at the house were kind and extraordinarily professional. The service is a little pricey but you will receive far more than what you pay for. A huge thanks to Alex, Gilbert, and the rest of the crew for making a challenging time so much easier, and doing it with excellence!
