Bay Area Restoration

Spent a few hours talking with a lady representative on the phone telling her why I chose this company due to water damaged carpet in a specific area. Lots of back and forth texts and calls to find out she made my appointment with a completely different company that I guess they're connected with. I went with their company based on water damage reviews, not to be pushed off on a company I know nothing about. Frustrating and a waste of time to say the least.

First time using Bay Area Restoration, certainly not the last. From making the appointment on line to the time Alex walked out the door, the entire experience was perfect. The young lady that made my appointment was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They reconfirmed my appointment the night before, Alex, the young man that was to do the work, called about 1/2 hour before he was to arrive. He did a quick walk through, asked about spots etc. and then went to work. He was dressed appropriately, neat and clean, super nice and very thorough. Alex did his work in a very timely manner and was in and out within the hour. The company truck was in great shape, also clean and that tells a lot about the company you just hired. My carpets look amazing and they were dry within a few hours unlike the last company that left my carpets so wet it took two entire days to finally dry. I think I have finally found a company that will be taking care of my cleaning needs from now on. Thank you Bay Area Restoration for a job well done.

Fantastic service and results. We had a large area rug cleaned. 20+ years of dirt and pet dander removed, and the rig looks brighter and better than ever. And, I can't say enough good things about Alex on their delivery team: he was courteous and careful in our home, came late in the evening return the rug at my request (when rescheduling would not work), and adjusted the placement until it was just right. Will definitely hire for future rug cleaning needs!
