Scott Baldwin was great. He showed up on time and explained everything Servpro was going to do. After properly prepping the room he jumped right into doing the demolition, Brandon Lee, the production manager for the job arrived and further explained what was being done and helped the crew as well. We really appreciated Brandon coming by more than once, These guys are great. Our friends highly recommended Servpro and we do too. Everyone was professional, polite and considerate of the work zone. Half of our house got flooded by a laundry room incident. We contacted many mitigation companies and chose David and his team. Very professional and solid service. Clean work on time with great communication. Scott Baldwin and Sidney Randle lead the work and I didn't get a few other names of people that came through for different tasks. Very impressed overall. Solid operation. Good people.

Scott and Tyrone did exceptional work removing mold and fungus affected areas after my water damage issue. They were mindful of keeping the rest of the house clean, the floors protected, and making sure the job was done right. Highly recommend.
