We recently had a refrigerator leak that cause damage to our kitchen floor, pantry wall and even a cabinet. The service master team was responsive, courteous and did their best to dry the impacted areas. Not everything could be dried so they did a nice job carefully removing a 4 foot base cabinet. Robert was great to work with. He was communicative, responsive and professional with his and his teams interaction. Dealing with insurance is never fun but it was helpful to have a top notch remediation company remediating the damage. While I hope we never have the opportunity to engage with Servixe Masters again if we needed to I’d do business with them again!

Very quick response and really made us feel like our house was being taken care of. Their response helped us avoid additional damage to our house with rapid drying response. Made us feel very comfortable with the proceess especially in a stressful time over the holidays with water damage. They also worked great with our insurance.

I had a water leak during the night. Called them first thing in morning. The crew showed up within an hour with equipments ready go. Very professional and friendly people. The dry out work was done carefully and thoroughly. James and the crew took time to explain to me what they are doing through the project. They worked with insurance seamlessly to minimize my work. Highly recommended.
