I called Jim at Big Dog Restoration and he picked up my call immediately, we spoke in detail about the concerns I had regarding a leak in a bathroom, and he asked for pictures. He gave me some immediate advice on mitigating the concerns and he came out the next day to personally review my concerns regarding water damage and potential mold. Jim gave us tips on how to do the remediation ourselves, but ultimately, we decided to have Jim do the remediation. His work is quick, professional and thorough. He also explains everything in detail so you feel confident and assured of the work and their results. He also has an independent company do a final reading and inspection to ensure full remediation. Excellent service by an excellent company!

5 stars. Jim was SO knowledgeable about water intrusion. He did an inspection of a few areas of concern. He was thorough and ended up inspecting under the dishwasher and the sides. He even looked outside the home for potential water intrusion. He also used a thermal device that would show spots that were a cooler temperature which could indicate current damage. He answered all of our questions. He gave a no nonsense approach. I'd highly recommend him. He really is an expert in this field. Many people like to pretend they know, but his experience is real with real certificates and nearly 4 decades of expertise. For any water remediation issues he is the person to call!!
