Carpet Wizard

Jeremy is the best. Our carpet looks great smells good. He did an amazing job and took time make to sure it was done right he did his wizard magic. He also took time to explain tips for taking care of our carpet and keeping itclean. I can truly say that he will be the only person I will hire to have my carpets cleaned by. Thats rare in humbolt. We gave him very short notice that we wanted our carpet cleand and he showed up on time and was extremely professional. Thank you Jeremy.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very rude and condescending. He showed up two hours late and didn’t contact me until an hour and a half after he was supposed to come. Didn’t answer calls or texts in the meantime. Then, when I spoke up about him being so late, he started raising his voice at me and getting very defensive and denying the fact that he was even late at all. He started lecturing me that his time is valuable, even though he completely disrespected my time.I wound up asking him to leave. He told my landlord that I did not need the service which was just not true, he told her he did not smell any urine even though he told my friend and I that he did and it was gonna take a lot of work to clean it up. I would not recommend. As a young woman, and my friend was here who’s eight months pregnant, we did not feel safe and we were very shaken up over the interaction, and then he still wound up charging my Rental company, even though he didn’t do anything. Erratic, unprofessional behavior.

Jeremy has done water drying work and now carpet cleaning for me at highest order of excellence. Very easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable knowing hell get the job done for you when he says he will. Overall recommend them for anyone in humboldt county that needs his service.
