SERVPRO of Elk Grove

I was devastated when I realized that a failed water connection in the bathroom had been quietly destroying my home. It wasn’t until I moved a heavy wooden chair that I saw the marshy conditions soaking through the carpet. SERVPRO was quick to respond and remove all the mold and wet from my home. They covered my floors with protective liners and hung plastic drapes to protect the rest of the house while they diligently worked. And to top it off, the final bill for the remediation process came in under the max for my insurance coverage — meaning I had zero out of pocket expense for that process. I am so thankful for their thorough work and happily recommend their services to literally everyone.

We had Dane and Jessie from Servpro come and take care of treating our home. For mold and moisture damage. They had to remove flooring and padding and baseboards and treated all areas. They dehumidifier family room and kitchen. Very professional and courteous. Did a good job.

First, Steve is wonderful to work with. He keeps you up to date on the status of the work start date. He was easy to reach and very patient with questions. The office staff is so professional. They took each one of my calls. Which was a lot because of the lack of professionalism by my Home Owners Assocation. The ladies in the office helped a great deal with getting the issues resolved.
