Kustom Disaster Restoration

This is my second review for Kustom US. Once again they out did themselves they did a great job in restoring my kitchen after multiple pipe leaks in the wall and from the ceiling. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the way our kitchen looks and then also the flooring throughout. This time around it was about building a full kitchen. They put in can-less lighting, cabinets, countertops, backsplash and flooring. Huge shout out to Anthony, Tim and Chris for all the hard work that they put into in my house and then also a huge thank you to Travis and Bill for their direction and management of the entire project. I have one more call out this is for Mikhail. He was by far the best person that came out here during this restoration project. From what I saw and my conversations with him he did above and beyond exceptional work and was extremely polite and professional. He pushed himself higher than what was called for on the job. When you hire Kustom this is the guy you hope comes knocking on your door. As for me as a customer I say give this man a raise and a bonus too. Once again, thank you Kustom US for all of your work that you have done and making my house home again.

We had an amazing experience with Kustom US. From the beginning, the mitigation team was fast and efficient. They took every precaution to ensure our safety while removing the mold. The renovation team worked three days straight to finish the wall repair and lay our luxury vinyl planks. The last two photos show the gorgeous finished project. Ray was so organized and truly listened to our concerns, and made appropriate, reasonable suggestions for keeping cost low. Nelson was a wizard repairing our walls, and a true professional. Hugo and his partner did a wonderful job with the flooring and baseboards. The team cleaned up everything and left my house looking better than before the water damage. I highly recommend this company for your home repairs.

KUSTOMS CREW that handled our restoration were Great. From Ron, Services Specialist to Alex Project Manager to their team. Rohit who moved necessary items and covered so he could cut the wall and ceiling damaged areas and covered open areas properly to keep air and dust out for next steps. Which brought in Miguel who did an EXCEPTIONAL job repairing our Bedroom Wall & Ceiling. From beginning to end. Removed ceiling fan and put back.., Prepped room and areas that needed cover, put in new sheetrock, taping, priming for painting, then painting. And then clean up and putting everything back. Room looks FANTASTICI! Very pleased with this Team from Kustoms.
