After experiencing significant water damage from an upstairs bathroom leak that traveled through the walls, carpets, ceilings, and all the way down to the garage, I was extremely concerned about the extent of the damage. Thankfully, the Servpro team stepped in immediately. Tunde, Moji, Sylvester, and Bola and their entire team of professionas were outstanding from start to finish. They took the bull by the horns, responded quickly, communicated clearly, and worked tirelessly to contain the damage and prevent further issues. Their professionalism, sense of urgency, and attention to detail gave us confidence during a very stressful situation. What impressed me most was how quickly they mobilized and began the mitigation process. In less than 48 hours, they had assessed the damage, started the drying and restoration work, and put us on the path toward rebuilding and recovery. I am truly grateful for their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, I highly recommend this Servpro team. Servpro of Danville provided us with excellent remediation and reconstruction service recently. Our old dishwasher stopped working and had slowly leaked water and detergent underneath the machine, damaging wood flooring, drywall and a few cabinet boxes. We discovered this when the installer for our new dishwasher pulled the old one out. Fortunately our insurance covered this. I had heard about Servpro, and our insurer said they had worked well with Servpro in the past so I gave them a call. Every contact we had with Servpro, from the first phone call through project completion, was timely, friendly, professional and prompt. We especially appreciated the quick response to our questions, texts and phone calls. Thank you to Alisha, Jose, Kay and his great reconstruction team. The contractors were A+, always prepping well with plastic sheeting and cleaning up after each day's work. We feel they went "above and beyond" for us.

I woke up to an emergency water leak and after calling a plumber and identifying it was my neighbors leak that came into my home, Servpro was my next call. Sylvester was prompt and thorough, even for a Saturday! The team came out to help me understand the water and moisture mitigation process. Torris and Tyrell were super helpful and professional in explaining the process. All in all a great experience so far!
