I was so happy with Jose Herrera who came to my house to do a mold and moisture inspection and explained to me the process for the water mitigation and mold remediation, thankfully no moisture or mold was found in my house but I will call them in the future in case I have any issues in the future. I could not be happier, this company could have scammed me. I'm a senior but they honestly told me the truth. Five stars and more .

ServPro took care of us after a hot water pipe burst in our studio/playroom. A mess. The mitigation process was so well done. Fast, professional, great communication. Then came the reconstruction. We chose ServPro for this based on our experience with the mitigation, even though it would be completely different people working with us. In came Keenan, who was our project manager. Again… Very professional, attention to all the details and communicated with us every step of the way. They completely reconstructed the room adding insulation, drywall, painting, flooring. Doing all of this and working through our insurance company was a juggling act and Keenan, his company and the trades people brought in for the different jobs all did great work. I would use them again for a construction project should the need arise. Very happy with the experience and the outcome!

Brandon and Will executed the mitigation of our upstairs MB efficiently with clear communication between each other and me the customer. They did so with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. A real pleasure. Even in this high stress situation they provided a sense of calm and dependability at all times. Without question they are a 5 Star team.
