Ray and his crew are very organized, professional and friendly. Ray explained everything about savable and not savable Personal Property. Ray's crew logged everything, I mean everything, of what was recoverable and what was to be discarded. He then had everything cleaned, wrapped and carefully boxed for storage at his warehouse. He also had a professional cleaner take care of our clothes, shoes, hats, purses, etc which were delivered within days of the fire. Finally, he had all the debris removed. An amazing job. When I moved back home, I was truly amazed how well our saved personal property were labeled and organized, room by room, including garage!
