The Servpro company was awesome! They were professional and personable. They represented us and knew how to protect us! They were so knowledgeable about what the damage could be and how to deal with it. A big thanks to Charles, Sam, Johnnie, Brian Kaps, Britney, Zeph, Bryon Guthrie…and Constance…she was so knowledgeable and kept us abreast of times, and planned work! I was always informed on their plans It was nice to have this team in our corner!

Had the pleasure to have ServPro of Chico help with my disaster fire damage. I was fortunate to get the “Dynamic Duo” of Sam and Brian!! These guys were absolutely awesome in every way, they had great communication and did and amazing job with an excellent attitude. Paige and the contents team helped as well and did an excellent job! SERVPRO of Chico was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their team showed up quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and did a great job handling everything efficiently. Johnny, Bryon, and Brian were especially helpful and made the whole experience much less stressful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
