Matt took ownership of his craftmanship and was excellent communicator, always closing the loop with us on updates, timeframes, and needs. We particularly appreciate his kindness, going above and beyond by making our son a "Precious Memories Control Center" with one of the large boxes leftover from installation. Thank you Matt!

They had me meet them at their preferred flooring supplier where I expressed my concerns that I needed flooring that was in stock. We picked out flooring that we were told was in stock in Northern California. Now they are telling me the floor I picked out was a special order and the flooring cannot be installed until February 17th. They have demoed about 1/3 of the flooring and the person doing the demo told me he was assigned to another job because they were short handed. The special order comment is in my opinion an excuse. I do not recommend this company if you need the work done in a timely manner

Had this company come out and write an estimate. The individual who I requested the bid from, Kortney, was nice during the meeting but then never followed up. Got no response even after calling several times. This crew is a total waste of time and really inconsiderate. Don't let them waste your time. Notice how many 1 star ratings they've acquired. Two thumbs down!
