Rodolfo was the best as he was prompt and communicative. It’s hit or miss with some contractors, but I will be using him and BluCal going forward. They did plumbing and abatement services for us.

These gentlemen were the first team to work in the room I am in and finally after various attempts to get the Parks (civilian/military leasing office located in Normandy Seaside) to finally fix the black mold (see before and after) that was causing me chronic health issues and also having to throw away several of my belongings—this team did an excellent job! Mr. Santos the supervisor was so professional and helpful including reminding me I am more than welcome to save their information shall I ever move out and need their assistance or share their info with my peers! I am a very curious individual and as one of the tenants living there and per my attorneys I was adviced to ask as many questions about the process etc. This team was professional I also met their manager and not only was he always smiling but ready it seemed to answer any questions I had. Despite the Parks leasing office / CRT (crisis response team) / maintenance manager Alex, who not only previously gatekept information from me and the rest of the tenants about the black mold but also gaslit me about his team painting over the mold over the window sill when I witnessed it myself—this team certainly did the job and actually fixed it. Despite the Parks/ maintenance offices wanting to hush the information of the reason there was black mold I saw the walls for myself from outside the window there was no insulation. I was able to see from outside my window how BlueCal finally removed the damaged window sill and fixed everything around it and the gross wall. It was fascinating to be honest to learn about the machines these groups have to purify the air and basically actually remediate it in here. It was actually alleviating to know that indeed there was a remedy to this and we didn’t have to move out into an entire knew unit. ✅💪🙌🏾 Thank you to this team. My upmost respect goes to you BlueCal knowing that your staff took the diligence with special classes and OSHA training in order to help people like us! I am finally starting to breathe a little better and better every day. 🤞and before I forget it’s so convenient they also speak Spanish! ✅✅✅
