Ricky and his crew did a phenomenal job mitigating flooding in my house. I’d give them 6 stars if I can. From the first phone call to the final touches, they were meticulous, thorough, detail-oriented, and careful. They came here at midnight immediately after I discovered the flooding which was extensive. Ricky, as the lead in the project, went above and beyond expectations, giving me daily updates on the progress of the work and clearly explaining the reasons for the work. He was always respectful and responsive. I am really impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Ricky and the rest of his crew. Well done Servicemaster of Bakersfield. Thank you!

Martin and his team are extremely professional. The constant communication throughout the project was extraordinary. We had our entire flooring, replaced new master bathroom, shower, and tile and also tile in our front entry.He took his time. Listen to wants and needs and exceeded expectations. Matin Chavez and his crew, Pedro Chavez and Pedro Martinez, performed and excellent job throughout this process. Our house flooded from a broken toilet water line. When Mr. Chavez came in, he assured to my wife and I that we will be taken care of. From the beginning, Martin explained in very good detail, what steps were going to happen. He constantly kept us updated on the status of all repairs. All repairs were completed with expetise workmanship and in a timely manner. Not only did Martin, Pedro Chavez, and Pedro Martinez do a great job, We were very impressed on the cleanliness that they left in our home after each time that they performed their work.
